For some time, we elected to suspend all fellowship activities for the safety and health of our congregation and community, but we enjoyed getting together with everyone at the recent 4th of July picnic, and are planning more get-togethers in the future! In a world that often seems torn by mistrust and empty of meaning, Living Word is a place where positive relationships are made, hope declared and faith put into practice.
The Living Word Memorial Garden was conceived by Robert Birkholz as a place where members can sit quietly to reflect on memories of
loved ones as well as focus
on God's ever-changing beautiful creation.
The garden contains both purchased annuals and perennials as well as donated flowers from members' gardens. Fresh flowers from
the garden will also be used
for our altar flowers.
